The students engage in drawing from observation, images/photographs, and imagination, and focus on multiple age-appropriate sketching/drawing artists. The children also look at perspective and proportion and how this can be successfully depicted through drawn artworks, a valuable skill to any artist! BrainThrive is a music-based, educational class for children aged from 9 months to 5 years old. It is a fun, interactive class where children will be taught important vocabulary and information through music, songs and toys which visually represent the information. Come along for lots of great songs (no old fashioned nursery rhymes), and amazing toys to  play with. Ideal for creative kids and teens who love Japanese manga and anime. Hands-on art workshops build essential drawing and storytelling skills.

Hannah said it looked hard but it was easy as you were explaining it. She also enjoyed painting a unicorn as she had never painted a unicorn before. Annabelle said that she really enjoyed doing the sky (blending colours).
Students will have the opportunity to develop painting skills exploring conceptual and perceptual processes. This is not the usual sip and paint workshop, this is a skill based lesson experience. All art materials, paints, 300gsm paper and brushes will be provided for this workshop. A class size limit of 12 students per tutor provides the ideal group for social interaction with peers who share similar interests while ensuring plenty of one-on-one interaction between each student and the tutor. Only eight students per class to ensure an ideal student‒teacher ratio. This course is for students preparing for the NSW HSC Visual Arts Course.
